Fuck / Googledorks / MP3 downloads / Useful Firefox Extension

Malaysia, A Hot and Humid Hellhole.
Machauhai, at least make more of an effort to see what the country has. What kinda traveler does it take to go to ONE WHOLE COUNTRY and see nothing but bad? It's not like people are getting shot or starving to death around you right? Then he tells people about it!
Stupidest. Traveler. Ever.
I'm not saying our country is bending over backwards to entertain your arse, but the least you could have done was looked up your interests before coming here and checked them out.
Yeesh.
=====
I bet most of you Malaysians can't guess my favourite program on Astro. Don't bother, it's almost unfair on me that too many people would pick StarWorld, MTV, Channel V or the cartoons.
It's actually channel 13
I love the show called The Screen Savers". It highlights computer / tech stuff, and right now am watching two pretty good looking guy who talk and talk and talk about all these stuff. I think the tech geekiness makes them more attractive. The show's been cancelled, replaced with some...I can't remember the name of the other show, so I guess it's fair enough since I don't really watch tv.
Was just watching them debate about the use of P2P just now. Among many other stuff (sadly not all legal), I like looking for one type of music P2P is great for.
Song covers. I could download them from sites like Copy, Right?, or check out other places and search band names I like, such asThe Covers Project. But I just type "Live" or "cover" or "remix" or just one band name, and I can get many other versions of the songs I like
Always interesting, though one time I ended up with a Simple Plan cover of Cheap Trick that made me want to split my head - but I'd still rather know of it's existence.
They're talking about how hackers use Google by typing "intitle site:edu passwords filetype:htaccess" or "intitle:"index of" site:edu password", which possible shows you passwords depending on how careless the admin has been.
"intitle:"index of" robots.txt - Robots.txt is something you put up to tell search engines how to handle your site. Some people put it up to tell search engines not to come here. But...They put it in a directory, so yeah that ain't too useful.
"budget filetype:xls site:edu" which can show you budget excel files from sites with edu in their URL.
=====
I'm thinking the common people will try using this to find music, copyrighted stuff and porn. What's the bet?
The show also provides a link to johnny.ihackstuff.com, pretty interesting site. I'm not totally interested in this, just enough that I want to know my stuff is safe in whichever admin team's hand. At Johnny's site, you'll find a whole long list of "Googledorks" (new techie buzzword of the day, yeay!), which means idiots found out on Google.
I find, at that site, this URL the most interesting: http://www.google.com/search?num=100&&q=%22AutoCreate%3DTRUE+password%3D*%22.
No point me linking everything there, go check out the website Johnny.Ihackstuff.com
I personally didn't find anything hackable, but I have an extremely short attention span. In other news, I have painted a striped blue-yellow-pink fish on my door. I was bored. It is huge and garish. Sigh.
=====
In other news, Ben'sBitches has made it to the top of I-bands radio charts recently with their two new unreleased tracks.
Machauhai, it's bad enough the songs actually give me a headache, why the hell is it STREAMING? I could rip it...but really, how arsed am I? "AH BENG Emo Metal Love Song" and "Aku suka jolok". You can go listen to them if you wanna, they're noisy, assy, noisy and noisy.
What's jolok anyway? Is it something like wanking? So that title is " I Like Wanking?".
Right, am off.
=====
By the way, for you Mozilla Firefox users out there, I have a new extension to recomment.
Session Saver 2.
As it says in the Mozilla addons website: "SessionSaver restores your browser -exactly- as you left it, every startup, every time. Not even a crash will phase it. Windows, tabs, even things you were typing -- they're all saved. Use the menu to add + remove sessions; right, shift, or middle-clicking will delete. "Simple mode" for peace of mind, or "Expert mode" for advanced flexibility. Just Click. Install. Rad.
Added TextSaver: everything you type, saved (even in frames). Added RemoteSync: session-syncing between browsers (syncs Adblock, too). Added intelligent postData-restore. Added various patches + bugfixes, per discussion in the official support thread."
Also getting Media Man (link removed), which I desperately need, being utterly incapable of organising my own files. I saw some dodgy references to third party software yada yada in the license agreement (yes I normally read them), so I reckon it's some spyware / adware stuff and my laptop is slow nuff thank you.
Just googled it. Yeap. Spyware and adware. Wonderful. Shall retain my messy files then.
You could either try it out yourself, or wait for a review that might never happen on my site....Or, remember, Google is your friend (depends which side you're on, really).

That 2 guy on techtv, they move on to be independent host and their main medium of distribution of their work are via podcast and their website.
If you are into podcasting, check out itune's music store, where they have links to leo lapard, kevin ross. Leo's show are in audio format, and kevin's systm.org has videoe. check them if u miss techtv.

Dismissing a country over harsh drug laws seems a bit of an overreaction though

nevermind the whole country la, he obviously didn't see much of KL. Streets clear by 10pm? WTF? There are traffic jams (without road blocks) after midnight in parts of KL. He probably walked around Central Market, Petaling Street area only lah. And "Georgetwon is Muslim town"???? Effin' clueless. No sense of curiosity, or even the slightest impulse to explore.

It's not that good, but it has some interesting points.
