Because sometimes Google and Wikipedia disappoint (also known as Lainie's Spelling is Crap).

 at the section now where i describe indian desserts

 me: it's going something like "everything is made of milk ghee flour and sugar in varying combinations"
  and soaked in honey / syrup / rose syrup
   and none of them labelled and white people probably cant taste the difference from one to the next*.
 Annushia: i dunno if there's flour in paal gova
  Annushia: its all the milk and suga!
 me: palgoa is cows milk ghee and sugar
  well, my friend's grandmother anyway
 Annushia: u should also include, that it goes straight to the hips!!
 me: that woman is quite liberal with ghee in everything
  even milo...
 Annushia: 4 minits at the lips and 4 years at the hips!
 me: i should write there, interestin msian experiement: weigh and measure yourself before your first bite
  because it's downhill from there.

 me: all food with "ganja" appended in name most likely do not refer to ingredient used

*speaking from experience and subscription to stereotypes - they also can't tell one herbal tea from another.

Usually, my primary source of Indian cuisine (especially desserts) will be Nessa, cause she loves them, but she's not online. Damn the nerd.
