You think Streamyx is slow??

To say I am severely displeased would be an understatement....

actually, the first round of 'troubleshooting' from TPG resulted in my Wifi password disabled (= the only unsecured wifi network in my apartment block T_T), and nothing could change it.

This was after over half an hour of nonsense troubleshooting where nothing worked.

The guy then proceeded to say they didn't have enough information on Apple computers, and couldn't help me any further, OR fix the problem he lead me to create.

He then gave me D-link's number, and said it had to be their firmware causing trouble. I checked, and my firmware was the latest.

The D-link guy (who was excellent, btw), not only almost immediately troubleshooted the problem, he also confirmed that it couldn't be the issue TPG dude said it was.

I wanted to kill someone in TPG's help centre by the time I was through. Hoorah for Dlink tech support! TPG can go to fucking hell!
